Prošlog mjeseca, NVO je organizovala snažnu radionicu za osnaživanje žena koja je okupila više od 80 žena iz okolnih sela da uče, povežu se i vode.
Trodsedmična radionica fokusirala se na razvoj vještina u preduzetništvu, finansijskoj pismenosti i liderstvu. Sjednice su vodili lokalni stručnjaci i inspirativne žene liderke koje su dijelile priče o otpornosti i uspjehu. Učesnice su takođe učestvovale u praktičnim aktivnostima kao što su vježbe budžetiranja, planiranje malih preduzeća i grupne diskusije o izazovima i rješenjima u njihovim zajednicama.
“This workshop gave me confidence to start my own tailoring business,” said Amina, a participant from Spuz. “For the first time, I feel like I have control over my future.”
The event was part of our ongoing Women Rising Program, which supports women through education, resources, and mentorship to become agents of change in their communities.
